Project Description
Standing Seam Installation Brechin Ontario showcases a complete standing seam metal system installation applied to both the roof and vertical wall surfaces, creating a seamless, modern, and highly durable exterior.
Our team began by preparing the roof deck and applying a high-performance self-adhered membrane (Blueskin) directly onto the surface to ensure enhanced waterproofing and long-term protection. To promote proper ventilation and prevent moisture buildup, a strapping system was installed across the structure, allowing continuous air circulation beneath the metal panels.
We then installed premium standing seam metal panels across the entire roof and extended the system onto the wall sections, delivering a clean architectural finish with superior weather resistance.
As part of the project, three skylights were carefully integrated into the system. Each skylight opening was properly framed, sealed, and flashed to ensure full waterproofing and a precise fit within the standing seam layout.
The result is a high-performance metal roofing and cladding system that combines durability, ventilation, and modern design—perfectly suited for Ontario’s demanding climate conditions.
