Project Description
Metal roof installation Burlington Ontario features a modern metal roofing system installed as part of a new construction home. The system was designed to deliver long-term durability, proper ventilation, and a clean architectural finish suited to Ontario’s climate.
A high-performance waterproof membrane, Strotex Dynamic, was installed across the entire roof deck to provide reliable protection against moisture infiltration and to ensure long-term performance from the base of the system.
To enhance ventilation, a full strapping system was installed over the membrane, creating continuous airflow beneath the metal panels. This approach helps prevent condensation buildup and supports the overall longevity of the roofing system.
The roof was completed using premium ArcelorMittal steel panels in a Monterrey tile profile, combining the traditional look of classic roof tiles with the strength and resilience of modern metal roofing. The selected black finish delivers a clean, bold appearance that complements the home’s modern design while maintaining a timeless aesthetic.
The project also included the installation of a skylight, fully integrated into the roofing system. Proper framing, sealing, and flashing were completed to ensure complete waterproofing and long-term reliability around the skylight area.
The result is a well-balanced roofing system that combines advanced waterproofing, effective ventilation, and a refined architectural look—delivering durability, efficiency, and lasting value for a new construction home.
