The roofing system was completed using premium ArcelorMittal steel panels in a Monterrey tile profile, combining the classic appearance of traditional roof tiles with the strength and durability of modern metal roofing. The selected color, terracotta, adds a warm, natural tone that complements the home’s architectural style while maintaining a timeless look.

The project also included the installation of a skylight, carefully integrated into the metal roofing system. Proper framing, sealing, and flashing were completed to ensure full waterproofing and long-term performance around the skylight area.
